Well, day 7 has finally arrived and it was very difficult to start today.  Last night Cindy and the kids met me in Ventura for dinner at the Hungry Hunter.  It was almost like being home already.  I hurt so much that it I was fighting with the notion of sagging in for the closing ceremonies.  But I decided to take it one pit stop at at time, and 68 miles later I got there tired and sore.
