Today was a great day!  I felt perfect and full of energy.  We had 55 miles ahead of us.  Not a long route, but a difficult one as it was peppered with many hills.  I hope that the change in what I was eating was the difference.  It should make the remaining two days much more pleasant.  We also had a wedding tonight!  Two ride leaders that met on the ride several years ago tied the knot.
