Today I was up at 4:00 AM, the usual wakeup time.  Breakfast was a Mexican omlette with refried beans...bad choice.  I had a hard time getting going in the morning and I think that breakfast was a big part of it.  But I did complete the 104.1 miles.  Some of the highlights included visiting the California Mission Soledad in Salinas.  Dinner was peppered chicken with a salad, vegetaables and steamed rice.
